To be completed after initial enquiry and visit, this form registers one or more student applications, parent/legal guardians, family connections, and all other information necessary to complete the registration process. The form obtains a declaration agreement without signature, and takes the registration fee.
Independent CRM records are automatically created for each Contact recorded in the form, including Parents/Guardians, Students, Agents, and any other emergency or bill payer contacts provided. Family contacts are linked via a shared Family ID and agents are linked via a shared Applicant ID.
